our customers. Once you complete and submit the
on-line company profile page you will receive a
user name and password that will automatically
entitle you to additional discounts on all the
products this site offers.
Orders that are to be shipped freight collect
to the customer will be processed and shipped immediately.
All other orders will not be shipped until the customer
approves the method of shipment and freight charges.
AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT WARRANTY
Whenever a warranty claim must be filed, Advanced Industrial Devices will issue a "returned goods authorization" and indicate the proper warranty procedure as specified by the manufacturer of that product. Please do not send your equipment to AID unless so directed.
